• All saddle orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. Any other custom orders ie; holsters, belts, chaps, flank cinches, breast collars must be paid in full prior to the start of the job.
• Returns are only accepted for credit on account.
• No returns without an invoice initialed by me personally (Frank Kaiser).
• No returns after 10 days. The return must be in the same condition as when it was initially shipped by me.
• No returns or refunds on personalized items.
• Returned checks subject to a $40 service charge.

Estimates are an approximation of charges to you, and they are based on the anticipated details of the work to be done.  It is possible for unexpected complications to cause some deviation from the estimate.  If additional material or labor is required you will be contacted immediately.

Copywrited works are produced at the discretion of the original artist.  It is the customer's responsibility to determine if rights are reserved on such material and permission to use them must be requested from the copyright owner.  It is the customer's responsibility to secure appropriate documentation if there is the possibility of conflict with ethics or law.

I guarantee my workmanship for 1 year under normal usage.  Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge upon notification.  I reserve the right to decline repairs without charge on items that I deem neglected, abused or used improperly.  All saddle trees that I use have a 5 year guarantee.

Since leather is a natural product, some cosmetic blemishes or a fluctuation in color is expected.  Every effort has been made to ensure that your item meets my rigid quality standards, however, if there is a problem, please let me know immediately so that I can make arrangements to correct it to your satisfaction.

Any items sent to my shop or brought to my shop for repair must be paid for before the item is returned.  If no payment is received within 30 days of the finish of the job, I reserve the right to sell the item to recoup the costs of my labor and material.

I reserve the right to turn down alteration and repair jobs that I feel with compromise the integrity of the item being worked on.

In the unlikely event that your item should fail unexpectedly, I assume no responsibility or liability other than the replacement or repair of the item.
